Barbie Flores

Barbie Flores, a Southern California native, began her professional flying career in 1983 and has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, Australia, China, as well as residing in Europe. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary, Barbie fuses her “cook-ability” and world travel experience to teach cooking to women who are interested in fun, healthy food and to share her basic philosophy that food is a “connector” of people and makes our spirit-man open to meaningful dialogue which can impact us for a lifetime. Barbie is also the owner her own catering business, BiaBreeze, an Orange County based company.  Passionate about community outreach, Barbie never misses an opportunity to let others know that food is one of our greatest provisions and nobody should ever go hungry.
